Safer Spaces Policy: より安心・安全な場づくりのために

■OZDFは、参加者・来場者が安心安全に過ごせる場づくりを目指し、多様な属性・背景を持った人々の参加を歓迎します。

OZDF aims to be a safe space for everyone and welcomes people of various attributes and backgrounds to our fest.

■ジェンダー、性的指向、人種、民族、障害、宗教、階級、年齢、体型、そのほかの保護特性に基づく差別やハラスメント行為を容認しません。

Discrimination and harrassement on the grounds of gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, disability, religion, class, age, body size or any other protected characteristics will not be tolerated.

■他の人の属性やアイデンティティを決めつけない。

代名詞は本人が望むものを使用しましょう。

わからない場合は確認し、間違えてしまった場合は素直に謝りましょう

Do not make assumptions about the identity of others.

Use the pronouns that others indicate as others.

■あなたが平気でも、他の人も同様に平気とは限りません。配慮を忘れないようにしましょう。

Be empathetic and don’t assume your physical and emotional boundaries are the same as others.

■嫌がらせや迷惑行為は容認しません。イベント内で被害にあったり目撃したら、スタッフまでお知らせください。

Abusive behaviors and harrassment will not be tolerated. If you experience or witness any abusive behavior within our space, please let the OZDF staff know.

■不快なことが自分に起こったら

・NO GO TELL*

我慢したりせずに、「嫌だと伝える／その場から離れる／誰かに相談する」の原則で行動しましょう。困ったことがあったときはスタッフまでご相談ください。

■周りの人に対して

・詮索しない、相手について得た情報を言いふらさない

Do not pry, assume, or spread the information you gained unless you have permission.

・相手の属性を決めつけない

Do not make assumptions about the identity of others.

・「比較」して「評価」しない**

Do not compare and evaluate others' work.

・他者の抱える困難さについて、親身になる／理解に努める

Be empathetic to others' needs and boundaries.
